OMG. Football is FINALLY upon us with training camp in Oxnard opening up next week. The fair-weather fans don’t really get interested in football until it becomes “real” in September. But those of us who are passionate about their teams or the league in general know that the journey really heats up in July. While many NFL pundits view the Cowboys as an average to below average team heading into the 2018 season, I am both optimistic and fascinated (a few concerns too of course) with this upcoming camp. Here are the reasons why:
Of course, there is so much more to watch (Jaylon healthy?, rookie draft class, offensive line gelling, etc.) but this is what intrigues me the most.
Be sure to closely follow the dallascowboys.com writers during camp. I think you will see the comment on this camp is that there is a different feeling from the past 3 years. This team is either turning a corner to take the next step or you will see a significant overhaul of HC, OC and DC. I’m praying for the former.
Game by game predictions coming soon but let’s get a couple weeks of camp before we go down that road. Happy Football everyone! Enjoy this part of the process as there is lots to observe until we get to the opener at Carolina.
The writers here at Cowboys News plan to bring you entertainment, news, and more - all relating to the Dallas Cowboys.
